As a Baptist church, VBC is an autonomous local church under the authority of King Jesus. We elect our leaders and agree upon direction as guided by the Bible and the Holy Spirit. However, following the example of the New Testament and long-standing Baptist tradition, we cooperate with other local churches of like faith and order.
