Community at VBC

At VBC, we are committed to one another on Jesus' behalf. We recognize that if anyone is in Christ, he or she is part of the family. Our community is Christ-centered. We spend a lot of time together to encourage one another in our walk with Jesus. We gather to eat, we gather to learn from God's Word, we gather to get to know each other and help each other. We want to invite you to become part of our Christ-Centered community. You're sure to make friends here. 

Opportunities for Community 

Sunday Morning Breakfast
We meet every Sunday morning at 9:30 am for breakfast and fellowship.

Bible Fellowship & Sunday School
We have five Adult Bible Fellowships and five age-graded Sunday school classes (from birth to 12th grade) that meet every Sunday morning at 10:00 am. Your whole family can come and learn how to understand and apply God's Word to your daily lives. And all of this happens in a loving community.

AWANA
Your children (3 yr -6th grade) will learn Bible verses and from God's Word. They will have the opportunity to earn badges and win prizes. Fun games and snack times are included. We meet every Sunday night at 6:00 pm (except during summer break).

Youth
Our Youth group (7th-12th grade) meets to connect with God and each other. Our Youth Group often attends concerts, bonfires, and Winterblast together among other exciting events. They meet on Sunday evenings in the Annex. 

Yahoos
Our Yahoo group is an adult fellowship that enjoys eating together and taking trips to encourage each other to live for King Jesus. You can often see them having breakfast together at Dotson's Drive Inn.
